We just finished adding a privacy fence to the carport side of our house. We are currently adding on to the front porch and finishing Kassidey’s she-shed interior. Running electricity to the buildings. And she has great plans for her exterior decore. We are planning on building a miniature pond for the front gardens within the next month. Our place really looks nice- praises to God and our effort.
Our next two projects are to add on to the parking lot area with asphalt and either buy another building or finish the interior in Kathy’s she-shed. We have already added three 10′ x 20′ she/he-sheds, fences, laid an asphalt parking lot and installed a canopy. Reran the plumbing water lines, we are in the process of renovating Kassidey’s shower. We cleaned and created flower gardens. Painted the interior and exterior of the house. Added a new carpeting. New septic tank were installed after we moved in. We made repairs to the roof. So the house is in good near new condition and the land is even better. I take great pride in my homestead.
We are planning on a Fourth of July and one-year in our house party. If the shelter-in-place is lifted by then. I am so excited about it and have made culinary plans for grilled BBQ Texas style. The neighborhood fireworks are terrific with lots of big high aerials. And of course we will have our share, too. Life is good. God is good.
