Cauliflower Mash

1 medium head of cauliflower florets

3 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated

1/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt plain

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon black pepper- to taste

steam cook cauliflower in the microwave

blend cheeses, yogurt, garlic, and pepper and add to cauliflower and stir into a mash potato constituency.

1 cup serving 4 grams protein and 40 calories
